These are a collection of fan animatics for some of my favourite
shows and fandoms. These were used for practice or were commissioned work from fans of the same fandoms.
"The Mind Electric"
TADC Caine Animatic
For this personal project, I was inspired by the song "The Mind Electric" by Miracle Musical. I thought the unpredictability of the song and message of the lyrics I chose perfectly captured the personality of Caine from The Amazing Digital Circus from Glitch Productions. Specifically his personality during episode 8 and at the very end where he was battling himself between torturing the circus members or pleasing them at their every whim.
"Puppet Boy"
Villainous Storyboard
This storyboard was inspired by the song Puppet Boy by Devo. The theme of this song is about a power imbalance, like how a puppet master to their puppet and how the puppet wants to break free but cant. I thought this song was a perfect example of how I see Dr. Flug and Black Hat's relationship in the Cartoon Network show Villainous. I wanted to showcase what I thought would happen to Dr. Flug if he tried to back talk Black hat, saying he wasn't going to do what he wanted and Black hat putting him in his place.
"Three Steps Ahead"
Hazbin Hotel StaticMoth Animatic

This storyboard was inspired by the song Three Steps Ahead by Jared Benjamin. The feeling I get from the song is one of denial but also hatred for ones self for their feelings. I felt like that perfectly represented the relationship between Valentino and Vox in Hazbin Hotel, my favourite characters in the show and my favourite ship. So I wanted to put together an animatic of Valentino singing about how Vox is too far ahead of him and the love he has for that TV headed jerk is ridiculous, when he knows its genuine.
