Vermont Animation Festival
Film Opener 2026
For this project I was the lead storyboard artist for my college's Vermont Animation Festival Film entry in 2026. This film was based off of the illustration created for the VAF poster, which I also illustrated. Within the film we follow our main character Coco as she fly through a solar system of unique planets as she adventures into the unknown, what will she find? you will have to see.
SnakeMancer Character Test
This storyboard is a test for an original character of mine named Snakemancer, or Olivia. An evil Necromancer with a talent for talking with snakes, she can create a slithering undead army to defeat her foes and conquer those she sees beneath her. The audio is from the introduction scene of Eris, Goddess of Discord from the Dreamwork film Sinbad and The Seven Seas. I use Eris as a headcanon voice for my character and used this scene to practice unique camera angles and bringing my characters personality to life
Lunar Lantern Story test
"The Nowhere King"
This storyboard was a test for a plot twist within an up and coming story I am working on called Lunar Lantern. We follow our main protagonist Ayla as she adventures to eat the evil Pangari, God of Shadows as he threatens to destroy the world with the very thing that protects it, The Lunar Lantern. In this storyboard it shows Ayla discovering some new creatures and a secret hidden within their village, something dark, something terrifying. I used the song The Nowhere King from the Netflix series CentuarWorld because I thought the song helped understand the sweetness of the creatures Ayla finds, but the fear behind their secret.
